Diving with Bull Sharks in Playa del Carmen
The Bull Shark (Carcharhinus leucas) has a robust appearance and can reach 3.5 meters long and weigh more than 300 kg. It is one of the perfect predators that have survived on our planet for more than 400 million years. Between November and March, due to the drop in water temperature, the bull sharks (mostly pregnant females) approach the shallowest areas of the reefs of Playa del Carmen to give birth to their young and leave them in an area protected from other predators.
Enjoy with us the experience of diving surrounded by bull sharks, it will be an unforgettable experience.
